Framed vs Frameless cabinets
We build our framelss cabinets out of all 3/4" plywood. They are very strong. We attach the hinge to the cabinet itself instead of the 1 1/2" stile, this gives you more strength in the cabinet hinge.

Here is a video of how the MDF doors get made on a CNC machine. The benefits of MDF doors is that it is a one piece door. Therse doors don't expand and contract like conventional 5 piece wood shaker doors. When the conventional door expands and contracts it causes the paint in the shaker to split. Also the 5 piece wood door because of the expansion and contraction can cause some warping in the door.
We use 3/4 inch MDF to cut our doors.
